What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter: name, email address, company, country, the product you ask about, quantity and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, its language, the page that referred you, campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, and the country of your IP address. We do not store your IP address.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry and prepare quotations. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who receives it
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives your inquiry first. It is then transferred to our sales team in China and may be forwarded to them through business email and messaging tools. Your message may be machine-translated by an AI service so that our team can read it. Our website platform provider processes the data on our behalf.
China is not recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. We transfer your data because this is necessary to answer the request you sent us (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for 24 months after our last contact. If a business relationship follows, statutory retention periods apply.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies or analytics tools.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Your rights
